Shipping Information
- We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh through Steadfast Courier.
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery Charge:
- Inside Dhaka: 80 TK
- Sub Area: 120 TK
- Outside Dhaka: 150 TK
🚫 Mobile Recharge is NOT accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You are eligible for a free return or replacement only if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Incomplete product
To claim return or replacement, the following conditions must be strictly followed:
Important Return Conditions
1️⃣ Instant Checking Required
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person.
If the product is:
- Damaged
- Wrong item
- Missing parts
It must be returned immediately before the delivery person leaves.
If the product is accepted and the delivery person leaves, return eligibility may be void.
2️⃣ Unboxing Video Proof (Mandatory if not checked instantly)
If the product is not checked in front of the delivery person:
- You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video.
- The video must show:
- The sealed package
- The full unpacking process
- The product condition clearly
Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process return or replacement claims.
⏳ Return Processing Time
- After verification, return/replacement requests will be processed within 5 working days.
- Our team will contact you with further instructions once your claim is approved.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product has been used or washed.
- The return is requested without instant checking or proper video proof.
- The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
